
I shall be categorized as a tea-addict now❤ I've been drinking all sorts of tea since I woke up the other day feeling really anxious about O' levels. I've never been fond of coffee or tea, milk tea & plain water are my usual boring beverages since forever. &That day seemed to have an impact on my life. English Breakfast tea for chilly mornings, Earl Grey tea for most mornings, Darjeeling tea for afternoons, Oolong tea for hungry evenings, Camomile tea for sleepless nights, Green tea for School, Forest Berries Infused tea for random consumptions.
Tea contains high amount of anti-oxidants that can make are good for health, encourage slimming and mental self with natural caffeine, they are also well-established to prevent risks of high blood-pressure, heart diseases and diabetes. Best for me is the scent of tea itself helps in providing a calming effect when I'm stressed. Say no to Coffee, tea is ❤
Okay I think I'm too bored, I actually blog a whole entry about tea. Well I still believe tea's awesome. Try freezing a tea bag & putting them on your eyes to reduce visible eye bags. I've done my research okay (: All scientifically proven. Goodbye.
